Cette initiative d’un montant de 142 millions de dollars, lancée par le PAM et ses partenaires dans les pays du Golfe de Guinée, vise à répondre aux besoins humanitaires, mais aussi au développement à plus long terme.
Dans les pays voisins, le PAM apporte une aide alimentaire aux nouveaux arrivants, mais les pluies à venir et la réduction des fonds menacent la réponse.

Alors que des millions d'enfants ne peuvent plus aller à l'école en raison de la pandémie de COVID-19, le PAM s'efforce de veiller à ce qu'ils continuent à recevoir les apports caloriques et les nutriments dont ils ont besoin.
