Grâce à des actions anticipatives, le Programme alimentaire mondial et ses partenaires atténuent les conséquences des conditions météorologiques extrêmes dans les pays qui luttent contre la faim.
Le Programme Alimentaire Mondial (PAM) s’approvisionne directement auprès d’une mini-laiterie et d’une ferme avicole locales pour fournir des œufs et des yaourts à près de 1000 élèves de la région de l’Adamaoua.
En fournissant des repas scolaires pour soutenir l’apprentissage des enfants à Tombouctou, le Programme alimentaire mondial soutient les producteurs et les détaillants alimentaires au Nord du Mali.
